Module 1: fundementals of youth work, montioring and recording of youth work (30 hours)
The training will cover:
- Youth work (non-formal learning, monitoring of learning effects, structure of the youth organization sector);
- Youth (the needs of today’s youth and a brief history of youth work);
- Youth worker;
- Youth policy (they will learn what youth policy and structured dialog are)

Module 2: International youth work and knowledge of erasmus + program (20 hours)
Europe offers many opportunities for international mobility for the youth, recognising that only through networking, understanding and developing new skills at different levels we can truly live the European values and in a connected community. An important part of the workshop will be for young people to get to know and take advantage of the opportunities, learn about Europe and contribute to the interconnectedness and possibly benefit from the opportunities of the Erasmus + program.

Module 3: Digital youth work (20 hours)
Through the workshop we will develop digital skills and media literacy. The youth will learn about the definition of what digital youth work is, examples of innovative practices in the implementation of digital youth work and improve digital competencies.

Module 4: Monitoring and recording of youth work (20 Hours)
The workshop will encourage young people to regularly and systematically record their (informally) acquired knowledge and skills. At the same time, we will introduce the Logbook system (web system) that offers young people a way to document youth work. Based on this data collected analysis and data evaluation can occur to consequently improve the work in the future.
